Show NOTICE TO WATKIl USERS State Engineer's Olllce, Salt Lake City, Utah, Nov. 8, 1924. Notice is hereby given that J. L. Rockabrand, whose postol'fico address is Salt Lake Cily, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 11)17, as amended by the Session Laws of 1'tah, 19 1!) to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from the East Fork of Heaver Dam Wash in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point N. 23 deg. 14 min. W. 9(173.4 ft. from U. S. Mineral Monument No. 2f0 on Hamburg Hill, (ioldslrike Mining District, in Washington Wash-ington County, Utah. It is proposed lo build a dam across the natural channel of said stream at the point of diversion which will back the water of tho stream up in its own channel thereby forming an equalizing reservoir reser-voir which will regulate the flow and consumption of water from day to day. It is proposed to use said water wat-er during the entire year for domestic domes-tic and municipal purposes at a townsito located within one-half mile , to one mile and one-half miles from ! the diverting point. This applica- tion is designated in the State En-; En-; gineer's ollice as File No. 959S. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with the fee of $1.00, and filed In this olllce within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
