Show MRS. T. N. TERRY DIES AT DELTA Funeral services were held in the Delta second ward chapel la?t Tuesday for Mrs. Sarah K. Terry, pioneer of this region, who died at her home on February Feb-ruary 4 of pneumonia. Mrs. Terry was born at Pisgah, Iowa, July 11, 1SS6. Her parents settled in Dixie in 1862 and in September, 1873, she was married to Alpheus Gifford, who died in 1905. After the death of her first husband, she was married mar-ried to Thomas Nelson Terry, and moved to Delta in March, l')19. Besides her husband she is survived by the following children: chil-dren: Mr,;. Bertha M,a thews. Virgin; Mrs. Hannah J. Tuttl Suit Lake City; Mrs. Harriet Kemp, Midvale; Mirs. Irene Day. Delta; Cyrus Gifford, La Ver-kin; Ver-kin; Mrs. Elsie McGee, Draper; also a brother. A. J. Hansen, Oakland, Calif., and a sister, Mrs. Julia Hall, Hurricane. |
