The totals compared for the past three years tend to give a wrong impression without explanation. expla-nation. Reminder is made that it is necessary for the county to borrow money in anticipation of taxes, the loan this year amounting am-ounting to $17,600. This is added add-ed in both the receipts and dis-, dis-, bursements. No estimates can be made at the present time of the amount that will have to be borrowed in the coming year, hence the total on the proposed budget is considerably smaller. |
