Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 13, 1926. Notice is hereby given that the Short Creek Irrigation Co. by Isaac W. Carling, Secy., whose post office address is Short Creek, Arizona, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate ten (10) c. f. s. of water from Short Creek in Washington Wash-ington Countv. Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 5280 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from the SE Cor. of Sec. 34, T. 43 S., R. 10 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a canal a distance of 10,000 ft. where it will be used from Jan. 1st to Dec. 31st incl. of each year for the irrigation irriga-tion of 680 acres of land embraced in the SE SE Sec. 31; S V2 SW Vi , SWSB Sec. 32, T. 42 N., R. 6 W., NWNE, NSW, all the NWi. Sec Br NV,SRy. all NEVt Sec. 6, T. 41 N., R. 6 W., all in Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Arizona. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's Office as file No. 9906. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must be hy affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
