Show NOTICE OF SALE OF CITY PROPERTY Acting under authority of the mayor and city council of the City of St. George, County of Washington, State of Utah, the undersigned hereby gives notice that at 10 o'clock on Tuesday, the 2nd day of May, A. D. 1933, from the front door of the County Court House, in St. George, Washington County, Utah, there will be offered for sale at public auction, subject to confirmation of the mayor and city council, the following described property: Two parts of the SE'4NWti, sec 2 4, T. 42 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M., one lying to the east and one to the west of the state highway, in the western part of the City of St. George, and more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the SEUNWli sec 24, T. 42 S., R. 16 W., S. L. M., and running thence East 52S.3 feet to the right-of-way of the state highway; thence . South 19 deg. and 5 6 min East (S 19 deg. 56 min. E.) 1414. S feet along the West side of said right-of-way to the South side of the said SE!4NW'4; thence West 1004.6 feet to the southwest corner cor-ner of said SENWW; thence north 13 30 feet along the west side of said SEViiNWU, to the point of beginning, containing 23.4 acres, more or less. Beginning at a point on the north side of the SEViNWU, see 24, T. 42 S R. 16 W., S. L. M., which point lies East 634.7 feet from the Northwest corner of said SEliSW1., and on the East side of said SENW!4; thence South twenty - three minutes West (S, 0 deg. 23 min. W.) 340 feet; thence North eighty-nine degrees thirty-seven minutes West (N. 8 9 deg. 3 7 min. W.) 21.2 feet to the right-of-way of the state highway; thence north nineteen degrees fifty-six minutes min-utes West (N. 19 deg. 56 min. W.), 361.6 feet along the East side of said right-of-way to the point of beginning, containing 0.6 6 acres, mare or less.
