Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. August 15, 1925. Notice is hereby given that John K. Eardley, whose post office address ad-dress is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to appropriate appro-priate three (3) c. f. s. of water from Deaver Dam Wash in Washing-! Washing-! ton County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point 3 62 ft. S. and ' 1677 ft. E. from the NW cor. of Sec. 10, T. 40 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M. and conveyed iu a canal a distance of . 10065 ft. where it will be used during dur-ing the entire year for the irrigation of SO acres of land embraced in the SUNE, NESE Section, 17, NWytSW54 Sec. 16, T. 40 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M.
