Show TOQUERVILLE Thursday night the Stake M. L A. held a. road show in the ward hall. Toquerville ward put on the play, "The Wise and Foolish Fool-ish Virgins," Hurricane South ward gave "The Old Town Clock;" Hurricane North ward "Three's '!mpany;" La Verkin ward, male cnorus and camp fire songs. The entertainment was very successful. i.'.iss Orlene Bringhurst, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. N. William Bringhurst and Clyde Mclntyre of Wyoming were married at Cedar Ce-dar City on Thursday. They left Sunday for Prescott, Arizona where they will make their home for the present. Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Higbee and son-in-law, Leo Hull returned home Saturday from Los Angeles where Mr. and Mrs. Higbee have been for the past three weeks visiting. Mr. Hull returned to California on Sunday. Mrs. Reese Davis of New Harmony Har-mony spent Tuesday visiting at the home of her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Kleinman. Rulon Beatty returned home Tuesday from Los Angeles where he went to spend Thanksgiving. Mrs. Belle Bringhurst returned home Monday from La Verkin where she has been staying with her daughter, Mrs. Irvil Sanders who has a new baby. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Newell returned re-turned from Los Angeles after spending the past month there. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bringhurst and family have moved into their new home. |
