Show AN ORDINANCE Regulating tl'e Operation nf Miniature Mini-ature Go!f Courses. Be it ordained by the City Council Coun-cil of the City of St. George, Utah: Section 1. Hour of Closing. All miniature golf courses within the limits of the city of St. George must close at 12 o'clock midnight. No new players may start games after 11:30 p. m. Section 2. Music or Noisy Amusements. Amuse-ments. No music or noisy amusement amuse-ment ' shall be permitted on any miniature golf course within the city limits after 11 o'clock p. m., provided that where such a course is located within fifty feet of a dwelling, hotel or apartment house, such music or noisy amusement shall not be permitted after 10 o'clock p. m. Section 3. License. No miniature golf course shall operate within the city limits until the operators thereof have obtained a license from the city, the fee for said license li-cense to ibe six ($6.00) dollars per quarter, payable in advance. Section 4. Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding one hundred ($100.00) dollars, or to imprisonment in the city jail for any period not exceeding sixty days. Section 5. Effect. This ordinance shall take effect upon publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of St. George, on the 22nd day of September, 1930. HENRY T. ATKIN, Mayor. Attest: G. E.
