Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 25, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Jed M. Terry, whose post office address ad-dress i s Littlefield, Arizona, has made application in accordance with the requirements fo the session ses-sion laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate .5 c. f. s. of water wa-ter from Beaver Dam Wash in Washington county, Utah. Said water wa-ter is to be diverted at either of two points which 'bear N. 67 deg. E. 2076 ft. from the W cor. Sec. 7, T. 42 S., R. 19 W., or at a point which bears S. 72 deg W. 1931 ft. from the NE cor. of Sec. 13, T. 42 S., R. 20 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed a distance of 4200 ft. where it will be used from February 1st to November 30th incl. of each year for the irrigation irriga-tion of 30 acres of land embraced in the SEKKVi Sec. 12; NENEVi, SWiiNEH Sec. 13, T. 42 S., It. 20 W.. S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10871. .. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication pub-lication of this netice.
