Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, December 23, 1926. Notice is hereby given that John A. Parker, whose post office address is Leeds, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of Sec. S, Chapter 67, Session Laws, of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5 c. f. s. of water from Quaile Creek and Three Pine Creek in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore the water has been diverted at the following points: From Quail Creek, at a point which bears 1650 ft. N. and S25 ft. W. of the SE cor. of Sec 36, and from Three Pine Creek at a point which bears 2640 ft, N. and 2640 ft. W. of the SE cor. of Sec. 17, both in T. 40 S., R. 14 W., S. L. M. and used for the irrigation of land embraced in the KE14NWA, NWNW, SWSW Sec. 5, E NE Sec. 6, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. It is now desired to divert the water at a point which bears 2 310 ft. N. and S20 ft. W. from the SE cor. Sec. 3 6, T. 40 S., R. 14 W., S. L. M. and use for the irrigation of 236.3 acres of land embraced in the vy.NW14, VSW, SESW, SWSEi4 Sec. 5, ENE, ESE Sec. 6, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's Office as File No. a941. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
