Show WYOMING ARRESTS UTAH GAME WARDEN (Tribune) Deputy wardens of Uinta county, Wyoming, are capable of carrying grudges over long periods of time, in the opinion of J. S. Terry, deputy warden war-den of Utah, on a complaint of kidnaping. Terry arrested Emmet Eastman, Wyoming youth, for shooting on the Utah game reserve without a license. As Eastman was a minor, Terry drove him to his father's home and left him in the father's custody after obtaining $25 bail to insure the youth's appearance in court. He failed to appear and the bail was forfeited. The arrest of Terry on the Wyoming Wy-oming charge followed, the charge being kidnaping, but on what grounds no one seems to know.
