Show I NOTICE NOTICE 13 HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of St. George of the intention of .'.did council to ma!;e tiie following d;cribed improvements, to wit: j :i stwr and drainage system and defray a part of the cost thereof I by local assessment. The said sewor and drainage system is es-timated es-timated to cost a total of $46,462, 1 of which it i's estimated the Federal Fed-eral Government will furnish $27,-000, $27,-000, and the balance of $19,462 is to be paid by the city, which the -ity council intends to defray by local assessment upon the blocks, h.t-', parts 0: lots or lands within the following described district, being the district to be affected or benefited by said improvements, namely : The west half of Blocks 1, 13, 14, 27, and 2S; the east half of Hlocks 2, 12, and 15; Lots 1, 7, and S, Block 26; the north half of Block 29; the west half of Blocks 3, 11, 25, and 30; the east half of Block 4 and the north half of lots 5 and 6, Block 4; the northeast quarter of Block 30; all of fractional blocks 3, 4, and 5; all of Blocks 10, 17, 24, 31, and 39; the east half of Blocks 9, 18, 23, 32, 38, and 40. All of the above being in Plat A, St. George City Survey. The north half of Lots 5 and e, Block 17; the east half of Block 18; the west half of Block 19. All in Plat C, St. George City Survey. tots 1 and 2, Block 2; Block 4; Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, Block 11. All in Plat D, St. George City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing to the city recorder on or before 2 o'clock p.m., the 23rd day of March, A.
