Said water will be diverted ut the point of Issuance of said spring which bears 2700 ft. N. and 900 ft. K. from the HW cor. Sec. 2 8, T. 40 S R. 16 W., S. L. 11. & M. and conveyed a distance of 6280 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st Incl. of each year to Irrigate 2 acres of lund embraced In part of the NE',4 SK'4 Sec. 3 4, T. 4 0 S., R. 16 W., S. L. H. & M. This application Is designated In the Stute Engineer's Office as File No. 11367. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of Jl .00, and filed in this off ico within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
