Show SOX OF JAMES K.VL1HVIN RECEIVES RECOGN(TION BY PUBLISHING MARTS Nelson E. Baldwin, son of forest for-est ranger James H. Baldwin of St. George and Pine Valley, has been recognized recently as a local playright by play publishing publish-ing markets, according to reports Received by the News. 'Beyond the Border', a one-act play written by Mr. Baldwin hag 'been accepted and published by the Mayfair Producing company of New' York City. X. Y. The announcement is made in the new issue of the firms Fall-Winter play catalogue. During 1933 Mr. Baldwin was active in writing and producing one p.-t and full length plays under the auspices of the L. D. S. Mutual in Enterprise and surrounding sur-rounding vicinity. "Beyond the Border" received its first initial performance in the ward meeting house in Enterprise with a cast made up of local townspeople and directed by Mr. Baldwin. Additional plays written by this author are now under consideration considera-tion for stage, screen, and radio in New York and Hollywood, California, Cal-ifornia, states the report.
