R Johnson 75 died in inthe inthe inthe the Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Sall Lake City Sunday November 9 of a stroke HE LIE WAS born In Vernal March 17 1900 His parents were Andrew and Emma Johnson He married Marie McConkie McConkle June fame 7 1927 In the Salt Lake Temple He lie was the owner and operator o oJ Maeser General Store for 21 years and was the owner and manager of Montgomery Montgomery Mon Mon- Texaco Station in inVernal Vernal He tie was a member of the Church and served in the Maeser Ward bishopric for 22 years He was the High Priest group leader an active temple worker and was in charge of the ward birthday calendar for several years Mr Johnson served a mission for the LD Church in the N Northern States during the years 1922 He was also a member of the Golden Age Center He is survived by his wife of Vernal a son and two daughters La Land Larid rid D. D Johnson Lusk Wyoming Mrs Wilbur Vondalee Bingham and Mrs Marc C. C Maureen Bingham both of Vernal nine grandchildren grandchildren grandchildren grand grand- children one brother Earnest M.
