W Stewart left and ond Robert Downard Vernal City Police off officer leer assigned to the case These Items Including step ladders snow shovels plastic pipe and bailing wire were found In the Coal Mine Basin area Friday Three men arrested In Gibsons Gibson's burglary Three Vernal men have been charged with felonious theft in connection with a burglary at Gibsons Gibson's outdoor garden center area Wednesday of last week According to Vernal City Police Pollee officers and Uintah County Sheriff Arden Stewart burglars broke Into the chain link fence enclosure in front of the Vernal Gibsons Gibson's store and took an estimated 2000 worth of merchandise stored stared in this area The stolen items included five gasoline powered snow blowers ladders of assorted sizes snow shovels plastic pipe and a rollof rollof roll rollof of bailing wire OFFICERS spent Friday investigating possible leads and fin finally located part of the stolen items near some trees in the Coal Mine Basin area The five snow blower machines were located in a shed in Vernal Three men were arrested Friday night and jailed and then released Saturday on bail bonds of 2000 each The men are scheduled to be arraigned before Justice of the Peace Judge Lloyd E. E Eaton Those charged are Ronnie Reay John Mohair and Lewis Jackson all listed as 18 years old |
