Lovely refreshments were served to Mrs Timothy, Joan Cowdell, Bobbie Lee Johnson, JoAnn Anderson, Peggy Peterson, Dorothy Garrett, Rena Joy Coleman, Ann Houghton, Hough-ton, Joyce DeCol, Mary Kam-pros, Kam-pros, Connie Smith, Shavlene Foster and Barbara Brown. Prayers Pray-ers were offered by Joyce DeCol and Barbara Brown. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Davis who resided at 94 West Park, moved ! into their home in Midvale Saturday. Sat-urday. Mr. and Mrs. George Dolman I met their nephew, Kendall Jones j in Salt Lake City Saturday. Kendall Ken-dall arrived to spend several days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Jones of Bingham. Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Armitstead and family Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Arvil Armitstead and chil-d.n, chil-d.n, Brad and Collette of Sandy, San-dy, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Griggs and children, Jimmy Jay and Stephanie, and Mrs. Russell Miller Mill-er and daughter Vicki Lynn of Midvale. Mrs. Lynn Walker of Salt Lake City spent Tuesday visiting Mrs. Louis DeCol and family. Mr. and Mrs. Earl DeCol of Lehi were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Louis DeCol and family. Mrs. Vard Tucker of Delta visited vis-ited Saturday and Sunday with relatives in Copperton. She Is the daughter of Jane Rice. Linda Jean and Nancy Jane Pett, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Pett of Provo, are staying with their grandparents, Mr. and -Mrs. George Gadd of Copperton Cop-perton while their parents are on vacation. Mrs. Minnie MacDonald, Mrs. Eva Buchanan and Mrs. Mae Heath were Thursday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam Peterson and family. Thtty (from Idaho were visitors at the 'home of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Bolton and family, Jimmy and Susie, Sunday. ) Top Pilots and Co-Pilots of Copperton Ward Primary held a party for their mothers. The children chil-dren put on a program which consisted of short talks by Wendy Wen-dy Wells, Billy Carpenter, Jo-Ann Jo-Ann Dellagnola, Michael Anderson, Ander-son, Reed Jenkins and LaDean Robison of the Co-Pilots. The Top Pilots then began their part of the program with short talks by Sharon Stoker, Claudia Long, a skit by Gary Gough and Dennis Den-nis West entitled "Father and Son in the Car", talks by Christine Chris-tine Winn, .Marjorie Garrett, Jimmy Granquist, Cheri Olsen and Gerald Peterson. Program was under the direction of Mrs. Carl Kanniainen and Mrs. Dewey Dew-ey Wright assisted by Rena Joy Coleman and Bobbie Lee Johnson. John-son. Mothers attending were Mrs. Stanley Long, Mrs. Rex B. Garrett, Mrs. Robert Jenkins, Mrs. John R. West, Mrs. Walter Granquist, Mrs. Ray Gough, Mrs. Blaine Wells, Mrs. Otto Carpenter, Carpen-ter, (Mrs. Ray Olsen, Mrs. Wil-lard Wil-lard Nichols, Mrs. Mamie Ingrum stake officer, Mrs. Marvin Throck morton president of the Primary, Mrs. Dean Malan and Sharlene Foster. Lovely refreshments were enjoyed. Prayers were offered by Claudia Long and Cheri OLsen. The boys and girls of the Co-Pilots Co-Pilots received compass chains and the Top Pilots received pilot pins. Mrs. Jayne Longfellow was hostess to her club Saturday evening. ev-ening. Prizes at cards were won by G-wen Parker, first; Shirley Jensen, second and Delana Long, consolation. Others present were Ruth Goff, Shirley Goff, Faye Pollock, Jena Vee Palmer and Betty Winn. Dainty refreshments were served. Junior Gleaner girls of Copperton Cop-perton Ward held their welcome party Tuesday evening. The program pro-gram opened with a welcome by Mrs. Faye Timothy. Connie Smith, president of the class, began be-gan the program with Joyce DeCol De-Col and Joan Cowdell giving talks. The group sang "Mav the Good Lord Bless and Keep You". The girls then began the ceremony cere-mony of laying the wheat on ribbons rib-bons and tieing it. Short verses were given by Bobbie Lee Johnson, John-son, JoAnn Anderson, Rena Joy are vacationing from California. Mrs. Marie Crammer of Spring ville, mother of Mrs. James Peterson, Pe-terson, is spending a week with her daughter and new grandson. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Larson entertained for Mr. and Mrs. Ross Palmer and family, Lynn, Grant, Paul, Steven, Kent, Dennis Den-nis and new granddaughter Sunday. Sun-day. Mrs. Bill Rager of West Jordan and Mrs. Henry A. Cheever spent Saturday in Salt Lake City visiting vis-iting with Mema Erickson. Mrs. Elsie Pilkington of Smith-field Smith-field spent from Wednesday til Sunday with her daughter and son in law, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Malan and son Tracy. Mrs. Clinton Poulson spent an enjoyable week with her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. William Russell and family of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Elwood T. Johnson John-son of 'Bingham, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stoker and Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Curtis of Copperton and Mr. and Mrs. J. Lynn Booth of Salt Lake City were guests Saturday Sat-urday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Elmo A. Nelson of Salt Lake to enjoy an evening with Mrs, Nelson's Nel-son's mother, Mrs. Homer P. Edwards Ed-wards of Roosevelt, who just recently re-cently returned from a trip to Europe and told of her experiences exper-iences and displayed the many souvenirs she brought home. Wednesday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stoker and family were Mr. and Mrs. Jay Stoker of Salt Lake City. Copperton Ward Relief Society will hold its literature meeting next Tuesday. Mrs. Lavon Larson Lar-son will give the lesson. Everyone Every-one is invited. Mr. and Mrs. John Muhar entertained en-tertained at a birthday party for their daughter, (Mitzi Marie, on her eighth birthday anniversary Saturday afternoon, October 15. Guests were Claudia Long, Chris tine Winn, Toni Marie Jones, JoAnn Jo-Ann Dellagnola, David Dellagnola, Dellag-nola, Billy and Mary Anne Bilbao, Bil-bao, Glenn Gough, Nicky -Yen-gich, Kathy Kosovich, Ann Stocks, Cheri Olsen, Gloria Na-fus, Na-fus, Pamela Floros, Christine Kay Johnson, Jimmy Granquist, John ny Latimer, Rodney Rasmussen, Sammy Pino, Mickey Milner, Marjorie Garrett, Ronald Coward, Cow-ard, Christine Osoro, JoAnn Pazell, Danny Johnson, Jaynie Johnson and Mitzi Marie's brother, bro-ther, Marty John Muhar. Also present were Mrs. Anna Bilbao, Mrs. Mary Jones and Mrs. Mildred Mild-red Gough, aunts of Mitzie Marie and Mrs. Mary Johnson. Prizes were given and lovely refreshments refresh-ments were served. The party was carried out in a Halloween theme and everyone had a wonderful won-derful time. Mitzi Marie received receiv-ed many nice gifts.
