Show ile protection chairman of the P-TA. Mrs. Beverly Shea and sore, Ricky and Randy of Midvale and Douglas Beck who is staying with his sister, spent Tuesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Beck. Bob Beck visited Wednesday with his sister in Midvale. Those from Highland Boy attending at-tending the regional P-TA meeting meet-ing held at Lark school yesterday, yester-day, Thursday, were Mrs. Erma Yengich, Mrs. Ann Zanardi, Mrs. Bonnie Osoro, Mrs. Angie Barela and Don F. Lcnnberg. SOMMUNITY HOUSE Tuesday night Mrs. Marcclla Finley conducted the third in a series of cooking classes for the Highland Boy ladies. Last week they studied meats and cooked various meat dishes. This week they baked pies, pumpkin, cherry cher-ry and apple, making several types of -crusts. She is helpful to the mothers in teaching them concerning proper diets for the school children. Tuesday evening the youth fellowship fel-lowship had a happy evening of fun in the gym, worship service, study class, and party recreation. They have started their money making project of selling Christ honoring Christmas cards. Wednesday the ladies sewing class spent the afternoon at the Community House making children's chil-dren's dresses for overseas relief re-lief in the Parcels for Peach project. 'HIGHLAND BOY.' Hawkins Ph. 598-M P-TA HALLOWEEN DANCE SET FOR OCTOBER 29TH Highland Boy P-TA is planning plan-ning to hold a Halloween dance at Highland Boy school on Saturday Sat-urday evening, October 29. Dancing Danc-ing starts at 8:30 p.m. with music mu-sic by Jay Pond's orchestra. Admission Ad-mission is $1.00. Refreshments will be sold by the P-TA. Everyone Every-one welcome to attend. Mr. and Mrs. George Keith Smith and daughter, Mrs. Peggy Anderson and children, Gayle and Cheryl, of Murray visited last Sunday with Mr. Smith's daughter and husband, Mr, and Mrs. George Bullock and family. Last Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth King had their little son, Ronnie, baptized in the Holy Rosary church. Mrs. Carrie Doyle and John Shea were the godparents. godpar-ents. The Kings also visited at the Henry Keysaw home, later taking her mother and three small brothers to Murray to see their new home. They also stopped stop-ped in Midvale to see Mrs. Beverly Bev-erly Shea and sons. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Cochran entertained en-tertained at a family birthday dinner last Thursday in honor of their son Bobby on his ninth birthday anniversary. Others present were his sister, Cheryl, Mr. and Mrs. George Massa and son George Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Osoro and daughter Sharon Shar-on and Mr. and Mrs. Pete Massa and daughters, Connie Marie and Cynthia Ann.
