RECENT LAW AFFECTS NARCOTIC DEALERS all dealers in narcotics from physicians down to some grocers will be affected by the new narcotic law and the internal revenue office tor for utah has compiled the tax ratings and for con convenience vengence div divided I 1 d e d them into five classes class I 1 includes importers manufacturers rs pro producers dueArs and compound ers era who must pay 24 a year class 2 paying 12 a year consisting of wholesale dealers who sell narcotic drugs in original stamped packages class 3 comprises those people wh who 0 sell narcotics from original stamped packages pays pad 6 a year the other two classes take in practitioners titio ners and dealers in untaxed narcotic drugs and pay 3 and U 1 respectively ively these tax ratings wilt I 1 go into effect june 1
