Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE S SALE The following described describ-ed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the south front door of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah, on the 13th day of July, 1983, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Lot 6, LYNN LEE MINOR SUBDIVISION, described as follows: Beginning at a point 230.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section Sec-tion 29, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian, Meri-dian, and running thence West 100.00 feet; thence South 270.70 feet; thence East 100.00 feet; thence North 270;. 70 feet to the point of beginning. Commonly known as 2S61 West 500 South, Vernal, Utah 84078. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated March 11, 1981, and was executed by LESLIE TODD EKLUND and SARAH A.
