Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, without warranty as to title, possession or en-cumberances, en-cumberances, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale at the front steps of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Utah, in Uintah, County, Utah, on Tuesday the 24 day of August, 1982, at 11:00 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by C. Frank Hanchett and Carolyn D. Hanchett, husband hus-band and wife, as Ttustor(s) in favor of FIRST INTERSTATE BANK OF UTAH, N.A. covering real property located at 1929 W:est 500 South, Vernal, Utah and more particularly described as: Lot 4 of MOBILE HOME VILLA SUBDIVISION SUBDIVI-SION NO. 2, being a part of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian. Said property is being sold for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon, and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
