Show ELECTION NOTICE To all qualified electors of Tridell-Lapoint Water Improvement District. Uintah County, Utah: Take notice that on the 1st day of June, 1982. a special bond election will be held in Tridell-Lapoint Water Improvement District, Uintah County, Utah, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said District the following proposition: pro-position: Shall the Board of Trustees of Tridell-Lapoint Tridell-Lapoint Water Improvement Improve-ment District, Uintah County, Utah, be authorized to issue water bonds of said District in an amount of not to exceed ex-ceed Five Hundred Thousand Thou-sand Dollars ($500,000), due and payable in not to exceed forty (40) years from the date of said bonds; these bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying all or a part of the cost of acquiring ac-quiring water rights, constructing con-structing storage facilities and improvements im-provements to the treatment treat-ment plant, installing additional ad-ditional distribution pipeline and in other ways improving and upgrading the water system of said District, and for payment of expenses ex-penses reasonably incurred incur-red in connection with the acquisition and construction construc-tion of said improvements im-provements and the authorization and issuance is-suance of said bonds; the bonds to be due and payable either entirely from ad valorem taxes or from the operating water revenues of the District, or in part from each, and to be issued at one time or from time to time, all at the direction of the Board of Trustees of the District? Murray.; Voting District Tridell: Polling Place Lester Bartlet't Residence: Election Officials Of-ficials Janet Merkley, Fern Barlett, Lois Goodrich; The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the Board of Trustees of the District to the election elec-tion officials who, in turn, will furnish them to the qualified voters. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, as amended by the Voting Rights Act Amendments of 1975, oral minority language assistance in the Ute American Indian language will be made available at all stages of the electoral process with respect to the special bond election. Persons who will be qualified electors elec-tors entitled to vote at said special bond election may arrange for oral minority language assistance Mondays through Fridays between May 24 and May 31 at the Arthur McKee residence in Lapoint, Utah in said District between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In addition, oral minority language assistance in the Ute American Indian language will be provided at the polling places on the day of the election. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election, and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election: exceDt that the County Clerk of Uintah Uin-tah County will register as provided by law at his office during regular office of-fice hours, except Saturdays, Satur-days, Sundays and holidays, and except during dur-ing the ten-day period immediately im-mediately preceding the bond election, any person who is or will be eighteen years of age or older and who otherwise will be a qualified elector on the day of this election. The County Clerk will make available, or will cause the registration agents to make available1, at the above-described polling places, a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered electors entitled entitl-ed to use such voting places. NOTICE is further given that on June 2, 1982, that being a day not later than ten (10) days after said election, the Board of Trustees will meet at its regular meeting place at 8:00 p.m. to canvas the returns and declare the results of said election.
