Show x ' 1 1 V)' FRANCES DAVICH Frances Davich dies in SLC Frances Saric Davich, 84, died at the Holy Cross Hospital, Salt Lake City, Jan. 20, 1981. Born Nov. 14, 18 in Gospic, Yugoslavia to Josef and Mary Uzelac Saric. Married Marko Tomlinovich Feb. 6, 1921. He died Feb. 9, 1924. Married John Davich June 28, 1924 in Salt Lake City; he died June 1953. She came to the U.S. in 1921 and lived in Park City, Utah until 1964, when she moved to Murray. A member of St. Mary of Assumption Catholic Church and St. Mary's Altar Society for 43 years. At the time of her death she was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Holladay. Charter member of St. Vincent's Golden Club and member of the Catholic Women's League, Diocesan Council of Catholic Women and the Theresians Club. She was a lifetime member of the Creation Fraternal Union of America, Lodge No. 388. A son, Joseph, preceded her in - -death. Survivors are a son, Father George F. Davich, Pastor of the Holy Family Catholic Church, South Ogden; daughters, Mary Bircumshaw and Mrs. Matt (Eva) Blockovich both of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Albert (Madeleine) Bischoff of Spokane, Wash., Mrs. Robert L. (Helen) Johnson of Huntington Hun-tington Park, Calif., and Mrs. Emil "(Kathryn Ballen"orSl?L6uis?Mo.; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. grand-children. The Mass of the Resurrection will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1385 Spring Lane, Holladay. Friends may call at the church Thursday evening 7 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery. |
