Show workers granted pity City 5 percent pay hike The Vernal City Council approved a 5 percent salary increase to fo city employees forthe forthe for forthe the coming year in the councils council's weekly council meeting held July 20 The pay increase willbe will J be implemented ba based upon ed-upon upon department head l recommendations recommendations for the individual employees The 78 1977 city budget had geared for a 4 percent increase however City Manager Glade I I.
