Show bridge were won by Mrs. Carrie Doyle, Mrs. Ada Harris and Mrs. Shirley Goff. Lovely refreshments refresh-ments were served. Regular monthly conjoint dinner din-ner party of the No. 1 Firemen and auxiliary was held Monday night. Committee members in charge were Mr. and Mrs. Ross Cushing, chairmen; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Householder Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Jack Householder Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Verio Kendrick. Arrangements of iris and bridal wreach formed the table centerpieces. center-pieces. Bridge was played afterwards after-wards with prizes going to Mrs. James McLeod, Mrs. Wesley Longfellow, Mrs. Arthur Cook and Mr. Cook. A large attendance attend-ance was present. Mr. and Mrs. Ross M. Cushing were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carey of Midvale. Mr. and Mrs. Raiford G. Benson Ben-son attended the Funeral Direc-tors Direc-tors convention held at New-house New-house hotel in Salt Lake City last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ramon B. Mon-toya Mon-toya of Santa Fe, New Mexico, visited recently with Mrs. Tony Gallegos and family for three days. Mr. and Mrs. John Adamek and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Hutch-ings Hutch-ings left this morning (Thursday) (Thurs-day) to spend the Memorial day week end at Olathe, Kans., and Kansas 'City, Mo., where Mr. and Mrs. Adamek will visit with relatives re-latives and friends. The two couples plan to return Tuesday night. Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Bird of Midvale visited with Mr, and Mrs. O. Q. Bingo and table games were played and round singing was enjoyed. A lovely . going away gift was presented f to Mrs. Garrett by the Ladies. Dainty refreshments of ice cream and cake completed the evening. Mr. and Mrs. Elwood T. John- son visited Sunday evening with their daughter and son in. law. ; Mr. and Mrs. J.
