pathway of our citizens now low therefore there foie fole be it resolved by the house the senate concurring that we do hereby express our sentiment of condemnation clem dem nation of the acts of frank J cannon and arthur brown and hereby solemnly censure them for the same game and do most respectfully urge if such acts by them be persisted in that they come home and learn anew the necessity of silver being restored to maintain the grandeur of our institutions mr monson moved that all rules interfering with f he passage of the resolution be suspended aind and that the resolution be adopted
