Show Notice Sheriff's Sale. By virtue of an Execution to me directed from the District Court, Third Judicial District Court, County of Salt Lake, Territory of Utah, in favor of James W. Care, and against F.A. Mitchell, to satisfy a judgment of six hundred and ninety dollars and 80-100, and nineteen dollars costs, I have levied upon the following named property to wit: Description No. 1. All of the west half [1/2] of section three [3] township eleven [11] north of range one [1] west of Salt Lake Meridian; containing three hundred and twenty [320] acres. Description No. 2. That parcel of land commencing at the north east corner of the south east quarter of section four [4] township eleven [11] north of range one [1] west of Salt Lake Meridian, running thence south eighty [90] rods; thence west one hundred [100] rods; thence north one hundred and sixty [160] rods; thence east forty [40] rods; thence south eighty [80] rods; thence east sixty [60] rods to the place of beginning, containing seventy [70] acres. Also all that portion of land lying east of the Muddy river situated in the northeast quarter of section four [4] township eleven [11] north of range one [1] west of Salt Lake Meridian, containing ten [10] acres. Description No.3. The west half of the north west quarter of section fifteen [15] township eleven [11] north of range one [1] west of Salt Lake Meridian, containing eighty [80] acres. Together with three quarters [3/4] of all the waters of Spring Creek in said County. Description No.4. One fifth [1/5] interest in the north east quarter of north east quarter, south half of the north east quarter, the north west quarter of the north west quarter, and the south half of section twenty-nine; also sections 31 and 33, in township 11 N. of R. 1 west; also sections 5, 7, 19 and 31, in township 10 N. R. of 1 west of Salt Lake Base meridian, containing four thousand four hundred [4400] acres (more or less). Description No.5. Section thirty-six [36] township thirteen [13] north of range two [2] west, Salt Lake Meridian, containing six hundred and forty acres more or less. Description No.6. The north half of the north west quarter and the west half of the north east quarter of section thirty-two in township thirteen north of range one [1], west Salt Lake Meridian, containing one hundred and sixty acres, more or less. Also all the piece or parcel of land situated in the east half of the north east quarter of section thirty-two [32] aforesaid and lying south of Bear river containing thirty five [35] acres, more or less. Also all the south half of south west quarter of section twenty-nine [29] and all of fractional section thirty-one [31] in township thirteen [13] north of range one west, Salt Lake Meridian, and containing seven hundred and twenty-one and 60-100 [721,60-100] acres. Making in all nine hundred and sixteen and 60-100 [916, 60-100] acres of land farther described as being situated in Cache County, Utah Territory. Description No. 7. The north half [N.] of section five [5] township twelve [12] north of range one [1] west of Salt Lake Meridian, containing three hundred and twenty [320] acres, the south west corner of lot two [2] block twenty [20] of plat A Logan City Survey; run thence east one hundred and six [106] feet; thence north eighteen [18] rods; thence west one hundred and six [106] feet to the west line [of said?] lot; thence south eighteen [18] rods to the place of beginning, containing one hundred and fifteen [115] square rods; said land being the west half of the west part of Lots two [2] and three [3] of said Block twenty [20], as the property of F. A. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the County Clerk of Box Elder County, at Brigham City Utah, on Feb. 1st, 1893, ??
