In this caso the plolntift sues for $15,000 damages for tho forclblo ejection ejec-tion from the defendant's train near the crossing north of Provo. Tho defendant's de-fendant's complaint In brlof states that he wout to tho crossing to tuko tho R. G. W. train No.aaswas tho usual custom; cus-tom; that ho boarded thn train at the crossing and was ordered off by tho hrakeman who said tho train would not stop at Lchl; niter somo argument thn conductor raised his lantern throatlngly and forced Cartor to get oh while tho train was running swiftly, that Carter sustained a broken arm by tho fall, as well as mnuy sovero bruises, and was rendered unconscious for soino time; that when found he wns lying In tho middle of tho track and had to bo helped home; that ho suffered great bodily pain and injury.
