Tho votura of the Lehl school district met last evening In tho Ceutral school house to discuss and vote as to whether the board of school trustees should chango the hoatlhg apparatus In the Central schuol building, build anow school building at the Junction, employ u teacher or tho ninth grade, furnish the students with all neccssuy school supplies, exception text books, and llntsh and furnish two rooms it) Ike Stanford building. All tho proportions pro-portions mot with inueb opposition, ljut the only onu lost was tho third, which provided for tliu employment of IextM teachers; tills lost by twelve votes, Tho others woro carried by majorities ranging from eight to twenty-seven. Eleven teachers have- been employed during the past school year, and tho board will employ twelve next season 'or tho entire school year, ami thlrteon 'or part of tho season. The schools will close In two more weeks, making the past school year consist of thirty-two thirty-two week.
