Show An Ordinance Regulating the keeping of Bees within the platted portions of the City of St. George. Section 1. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of St. George, that it shall be unlawful for any person to keep or allow to be kept upon his or her premises, more than One stand or Colony of Bees within the platted portion of the City of St. George. Section 2. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this Ordinance Ordi-nance is guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be liable to' a fine in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five dollars or to be imprisoned impris-oned in the city jail not exceeding Twenty-five days or to both line and imprisonment. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force from and after its publication pub-lication according to law. Passed March 5th. 1898. Signed Edward M. Brown, Seal. Mayor. Attest: Francis L.
