FAHMEES, ATTENTION! On the 31st of the present month, next Friday Professor J . M. Tanner and Prof. Linfield will be in our city and will lecture to the public on the following farm topics; 1. Raising and developing of the Dairy cow. 2. Rotation of farm crops. 3. The selection, feeding and management of swine. These topics are especial interest to the farmer as well as the public generally. If time will permit, the subject of butter-making also will be treated upon . Everybody are invited invit-ed to be present. The farmers should turn out in large numbers as opportunities like this one seldom are presented to the people of Saint George. The last legislature appropriated appro-priated the sum of $1,500.00 lor the purpose of this work among the farmers of the state and in order to get legislatures in the future to look more closely after their interests they should show that they appreciate this effort for their benefit. Efforts should also be put forth to organize a Farmers Institute while these Professor are here. Such an organization would be of great benefit ben-efit wherever they are kept up they result in raising the profits of the farm in thatgthey will teach farmers how to better manage their farms and to, in a measure, govern the price of their crops.
