Show river, Wasatch county, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted" by means of ajdam and a dftch at a poirrt which bears south 69 degree east 1411 feet distant from the northwest corner of section 14, township 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed for a distance of 10,395 feet and there used from May 1 to November 1, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in section 24, township 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and meridian. Said application was approved by the StateEngineer April 19, 1907, and two and one-half years allowed in which to complete the works necessary foiV the appropriation of said water as con--templated by said application. The State Engineer has extended the time for the completion of said works until January 1, 1911. James A. Maxwell now makes application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of Soetion- 1288x24, Session Laws 1 of Utah, 1908, to change the place of diversion of said water to a point which bears north 89 dejes Sg minutes west ' 19S6 feet from the north quarter corner of section 14, township 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and mridian, from where it will be conveyed by means of canal to the land described above and there used during the time' and for the purpose above specified.
