Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, March 9, 1910. Notice is hereby given that the Farm Creek Irrigation Company, by its agent, J. A.Maxwell, whose postoffice address ad-dress is Feoa, Utah, made application in accordance with the' requirements of Chapter 108, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, to appropriate twelve ( 12 ) cubic feet per second of water from Duchesne river, a branch of Green river, Wasatch Wa-satch county, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted by means of a dam and canal at a point which bears south 69 degrees east 1411.07 feet from, the northwest corner of section 14, township town-ship 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed for a distance of 15,840 feet and there used from April 1 to October Oc-tober 14, inclusive, of each year to irrigate ir-rigate 720 acres of land embraced in sections 10 and towneKfp 1 south, range 7 west, and section 24, township 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and meridian. As much of said water as may have been necessary was to have been used from October 15 of each year to March 31, inclusive, of the year I following, for domestic purposes. Said application was approved by the State Engineer May 22, 1907, and two and one (2 1-2) years given in which to complete com-plete the works necessary for the appropriation ap-propriation of said water as contemplated contem-plated by said application. The State Engineer has since stiefided the time for completing said works until January 1, 1911. The Farm Creek Irrigation Company, by Christian Jen3en, its agent, whose postoffice address is Oakley, Utah, now makes application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to change the place of diversion to a point which bears north 89 degrees 58' .minutes west 1986 feet from the north quarter corner of Section 14, township 1 south, range 8 west, Uinta base and meridian, from where it will be conveyed by means of a canal to the land c e3cribed above, and there used during the time IMl for the purpose above specified. The application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's Engi-neer's office as No. 911. All protests against the granting of said application for a change of point of diversion, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit and filed m this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of publication of this notice.
