Show ALTONAH . Mn and Mrs. James Flementis are visiting in Salt Lake for a few days. Mr. Carl Gerth is taking care of the place while they are away. Mrs. Lang, formerly Miss Edith Mc-Cune, Mc-Cune, is back up to the saw mill again, with a fine baby girl. D. J. Thompson is back from the state fair, where he exhibited some beaver. Shorty Barnes is in our midst, locating lo-cating in the iron belt west and north of Altonah, between Rock Creek and Yellowstone, for some people of Park City. Let come, we can handle some of the money if they find it. I Frank Warren of Price is in the hills north and west of Altonah locating lo-cating some minerals, and I understand that another outfit is in the same location. lo-cation. The more the merrier. Some of the small sheep owners are sending their lambs to Price at present. pres-ent. The price is low, but it is all they can get, and it seems that they are in a position that they have to let loose. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse A. Fowler were in Roosevelt Saturday having some dental work done for their children, and other business. The threshing is about done around here. One more Job south of town and then the hum will stop for the season. I guess that the school situation is about settled down for the year as to the bus. The next thing that we need' is a Juvenile officer to get busy and load a few that are running the streets that should be in school.
