R Wr- Wr Kroupa their heirs heir sue sue- and assi ns ns herein to as the grantees grantees- and hereby gr grantee granted t d the right of franchise and privileges to erect maintain and operate along through upon and under the streets alleys alles lanes highways and public places of said town of Duchesne Duchesne Duchesne Du Du- Duchesne Du- Du chesne county State of or Utah all the necessary poles posts cables wires conduits implements supplies anc and appurtenances required necessary ant and convenient to operate and maintain maintain- ance of an electric electrio light and power I system through and by which electric power and current for lighting ant and power for the inhabitants of the said town of Duc Duchesne lesne for the use of the Inhabitants therein for the period o ot of otten ten years from the date of the acceptance acceptance acceptance ac ac- ac- ac of this franchise This franchise franC is granted for a term of ten y years ars from the date o ot or its acceptance During the life Ufe of this franchise that that- the County of Duchesne by ly am and through its commissioners will ant and shall at all times use every and all lawful means to Protect the said John Glenn Marcellus Pope and R.
