Show RACHEL MAYNE : RITES SET FOR 1:00FM. TODAY Funeral services for Mrs. 1 Rachel Elen Pete Mayne will be conducted today, Friday, at 1:00 p.m. in the Bingham ward chapel, cha-pel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Bishop Wilford H. Harris officiating. Mrs. Mayne passed away at her residence, 59 Railroad ave., Bingham, Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. after a lingering illness. She wan 94 years old. She was born January L 1857, in American Fork, Utah county, a daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Robinson Pete. She was reared in that community. On July 24, 1885, she was married mar-ried to Thomas Mayne in Salt Lake City. They made their home in Bingham, where she had resided since. Mr. iMayne died 47 years ago. Mrs. Mayne was a member of Bingham ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and after the death of her husband she served as a practical nurse for many years. She had devoted devot-ed considerable time to gardening garden-ing prior to her illness last July. Surviving are two sons, Dewey Dew-ey Mayne, Copperton, and Harold Har-old Mayne, Los Angeles, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Meyer, Mey-er, Copperton, and Mrs. Florence Buckle, Magna; 10 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may call at 450 Main St., Bingham, today, Friday, prior pri-or to services. Interment will be in Bingham cemetery under direction of the Bingham Mortuary. |
