Show I Mrs Elizabeth Lang Funeral services were held Sunday Sunday Sunday Sun Sun- day at 1 30 p p. p m m. m in the Duchesne Ward Hall for Mrs Elizabeth Stanfield Staniel Lang 82 who died at atthe atthe atthe the home of her daughter Mrs Effie Thompson of Duchesne of general debility Saturday morn morn- ing Mrs Lang was born in Knottingham Knotting- Knotting ha ham England on February 21 1852 At the age of 10 she came with her parents Samuel and Elizabeth Elizabeth Elizabeth E- E lizabeth Stanfield to the United States coming direct to Salt Lake City where they arrived in 1862 In n 1868 she was married to John Lang in the old endowment house housein in Salt Lake City The couple then went to St. St George Utah to make their home Mr Lang died in Beaver in 1909 In 1910 Mrs Lang with her herson herson herson son Herbert moved to the Uintah Basin where they took up a homestead homestead homestead home home- stead near Duchesne She has lived lived ived here since that time spendIng spending spend- spend ing ng the last few years at the home of her daughter i Surviving are three daughters I and a son Mrs Mary A. A of American Fork Utah Mrs Emma Dehlin of Salt Lake City and Mrs Effie Thompson and Herbert Lang of Duchesne ty-two ty grandchildren ane and Thirty- Thirty one great grandchildren all but seven of whom are in Utah Following the funeral services the he body was removed to the Utahn Utahn Utahn U- U cemetery for interment |
