B Cook State Fish and Game Commissioner of the State of Utah Utah Utah U- U tah in accordance with said ruling ruling ruling rul rul- rul- rul ing and under the authority of Section 59 30 Revised Statutes of Utah 1934 do hereby declare the period commencing at sunrise October 12 and arid continuing each Friday Saturday and Sunday only only only on on- ly until sundown on the evening of December 16 as the only dates for the hunting of migratory wildfowl wildfowl wildfowl wild wild- fowl in the State of Utah in the year 1934 Provided that the hunting hours of each hunting day shall commence at sunrise and close at sunset and that during the said open season the daily bag limit and possession limit lim limit lim- lim it shall maintain throughout the State of Utah wit to-wit DUCKS except wood duck ruddy duck and bufflehead duck twelve in the aggregate of all kinds but not more than five of any anyone one kind or more five in the aggregate of the thc following species eider duck duck canvasback redhead greater lesser ring- ring neck wing blue-wing teal wing green-wing teal cinnamon teal and gadwall and any person at any anytime anytime anytime time ma may possess not more than ten of any anyone one or more than ten in the aggregate te of the following species Eider duck ducle canvas back redhead greater lesser wing blue-wing teal wing green-wing teal cinnamon teal and gadwall GEESE Four in the aggregate of all kinds daily and any person at any time may possess not more than eight geese or brant in the aggregate of all kinds WILSONS WILSON'S JACKSNIPE ty COOT Twenty-five Twenty with two daily dally bag limit as possession limit It shall be unlawful to shoot at any migratory wildfowl in the State of Utah with any of rifle Provided further th that t ducks in inthe inthe inthe the State of Utah may be taken according to regulation three entitled entitled entitled en en- titled Means by which Game Birds May Be Taken as issued in the proclamation of 1934 by the President of the United States NEWELL B.
