Wright of Nephl and two small sons left Thursday night for their homo after a visit of ten days with Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Mount and daughter have como to Salt Lako from Denver to live, and aro at homo at tho Manitou. Tho guests at tho Manitou gave a danco Friday evening. Dancing was enjoyed in tho largo dining room from 9 to 12 o'clock. A buffet supper was served as well as punch, and tho rooms were prettily decorated with carnations and palms for tho occasion. occa-sion. Spirit of Liberty chapter, D. A. R., was entertained by Mrs. F. S. Parker Par-ker Thursday afternoon. Tho meeting meet-ing was an Interesting ono. Mrs. Mary F. Allen of Park City, state regent, re-gent, gave her report of tho Continental Conti-nental congress at Washington, D. C, from which she has lately returned. Mrs. Thomas Weir, who attended tho congress as delegate from tho chapter, chap-ter, also gave an Interesting report. The annual election of officers was held, resulting as follows: Mrs. S. W. Morrison, regent; Mrs. A. J. Hosmer, vice regent; Miss Anna Youngman Decker, secretary; Mrs. Alzora Cook, treasurer; Mrs. Esther Dcnnison Jones, registrar; Mrs. Kate Harwood Hancock, hlstoarlan.
