Show GEORGE M HANSEN, PRIVATE SECRETARY. Georgo M. Hansen, of Ogden, has been selected by Senator Sutherland as his private secretary. Mr. Hanson Han-son is well equipped for tho position. Ho is llnoly educated and has an advantage ad-vantage in being a newspaper man. The history of senators who have chosen newspaper men as private secretaries sec-retaries demonstrates that they aro among tho most successful of tho legislators leg-islators in Washington. It Is understood under-stood that Mr. Hansen begins his duties du-ties at once. Mr. Hansen has boon an ardent Republican for ninny years and has dono his party yeoman service, ser-vice, so this appointment comes as a reward for party servlco as well as a token of appreciation of his talents otherwise. Ho has served as chairman chair-man of tho party In Weber county twice, and did much in bringing about victories for tho Republicans.
