This shows that the average aver-age daily traffic flow over the 71-mile section across the spectacular San Rafael Swell in Emery County was 727 cars during the first year of traffic. This compares with the department's de-partment's travel analysis estimate of an average of 550 cars made several years ago. Only 8.4 per cent, or 61 cf the passenger cars were from Utah; 59.9 per cent or 436 were out of state passenger vehicles; 167 per cent or 121 were light trucks and 15 per cent or 109 were heavy commercial units.
