On the drunk driving charge he was sentenced to pay a S250 fine and in default of payment to serve 60 days in jail. On the illegal possession charge he was sentenced to pay a SI 00 fine and to serve 30 days in jail, with fine and jail sentence to be concurrent with the first sentence, so that his total fine and jail sentence is S250 and 60 days in jail, suspended on payment of the fine.
