Monday evening members mem-bers of the search party had located the raft and the carcasses of the two deer which had been on board but no sign of the men was found. The National Park Service provided a boat to carry the fence across the river and Atlas Mineral provided provid-ed a generator to give lighting in the area. Texas Tex-as Gulf Sulphur provided cable to hold the fence in place. As of early Wednesday imorning no new reports were available. Sheriff's department officials did say, however, that if nothing no-thing is found in the next teveral days, the river will once again be flown and boats will be sent to search the area between Moab and Dewey Bridge. |
