Trice appeared on behalf of his client, Lucky T. Hizi of Dragcrton, who had been charged with DW. Upon recommendation of the County Attorney, Harry E. Snow, the charge was reduced reduc-ed to reckless driving and Frandsen entered a plea of guilty on Kizzi's behalf. He appeared without counsel and County Attorney Harry Snow acted as prosecuting prose-cuting attorney. The jury returned re-turned a verd'et of guilty following fol-lowing a short deliberation. Babcock was ordered to serve 40 days in jail and the court reserved the right to commute com-mute a portion of the sentence sen-tence to a fine. Babcock ad vised Judge Donald Crist on Wednesday that ' he planned to appeal the conviction although al-though no appeal has yet been filed. Herman E. Holt appeared on Tuesday following the holiday holi-day weekend. Holt, from I'lainview, Texas, entered a plea of guilty to a DWI charge and was fined $200 or 40 days in jail. On a charge of driving without a license, he was fined $50 or 10 days in jail. A' Salt L,nke City man, Wayne It. Noel appeared on Sept. 7 on a charge of DWI, and afler pleading guilty was fined $200 or 40 days in jail. Willett of Grand Junction, Colo., on Sept. 7, as he appeared before the court.
