Show 1-70 is Mixed Blessing Price Paper Reports Last week's issue of the Price Sun - Advocate included an editorial on the mixed blessings bless-ings of I-7fj through Utah and across the United States. The problems cited in the editorial include the "drying up" of many small towns which have been bypassed by construction construc-tion of the new super highway and the idea that in many areas, the Interstate is "about as exciting as a cue ball." Along with this, though, are included some of the beauties which can be seen along the stretch of highway which crosses cros-ses Emery County. The San Rafael Swell area is some of the State's most magnificent country and the article points out that development of that area as a, recreation potential with proper planning can allocate al-locate the land to various recreational rec-reational and other uses without with-out conflict At present, a master plan is being done for the area by Utah State University's Institute Insti-tute of Outdoor Recreation and Tourism.
