Show Residency Requirements For Wildlife Licenses Listed "Nonresident fishing with resident license" has been entered en-tered on a number of citations cita-tions issued recently by Utah conservation officers who remind re-mind anglers of the two-month two-month residency requirement. For the purpose of purchasing purchas-ing a wildlife license, a "resident" "res-ident" is any person who has been domiciled in the State for GO consecutive days immediately im-mediately preceding the purchase pur-chase of a license and who does not claim residency for hunting, fishing or trapping in any other state or country. The Wildlife Resources law defines "domicile" as the place where an individual has a true, fixed permanent home and principal establishment. It is the place in which a man has voluntarily fixed the habitation of himself and family, fa-mily, not for a mere special or temporary purpose, but with the present intention of making a permanent home. |
