Show City Outlines Rules For Moab Dog Owners A new schedule for Dog Licensing and Reclamation Reclama-tion Fees has been established esta-blished by the Moab City Council which has been working cooperatively with a citizens panel on the issue. All dogs must be licensed li-censed by March 1, 1975, which is the date that current licenses expire. Licenses will be available avail-able at either the Spanish Span-ish Valley Veterinarian Clinic, east of Moab, or at City Hall. The clinic is open from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Dog owners wishing to purchase licenses must show " certification of sexual alteration from a veterinarian, and also present certification that rabies shots have been given. License Fees will run as follows: spayed females. $2.00: castrat ed males, $2.00; sexed males, $5.00 and sexed females, $10.00. Reclamation fees will be $5.00 for the first offense, of-fense, $10.00 for the second, se-cond, and $20.00 for the third and each subsequent subse-quent offense within the period of a year. Licensing regulations will be strictly enforced, and violation tickets have been prepared which will be issued when necessary. neces-sary. A house to house survey sur-vey will be taken towards the end of February to determine how many animals ani-mals there are in Moab and to establish a record of whom they belong to.
