A photocopy of the petition was left at the School Board and they will act on it at their May 10 meeting. Your response and interest will be . the first consideration in their decision. You have a golden opportunity to make your voice count now. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting, April 29. Green River Credit Union This past week the Green ,r River Credit Union was audited audit-ed by Federal Examiner Earl Erskine and account verification verificat-ion notices were mailed to Monday, April 19. Three parents, four teachers and an administrator were also present pre-sent and in support of the new elementary building. The "petition" does not request that the plans for the building be publicly displayed (which they have been) nor does the petition say anything about wanting a "meeting to be called to discuss with parents and taxpayers the open space (sic) design of the building." In closing may we say if you want your eye sight corrected so you can see straight, go to the appropriate person who is qualified to correct it, don't go to the auto wrecker or disc jockey, they have a different skill. A public meeting will be held on Thursday, April 29 at 8:30 p.m. in the High School Gymnasium. Everyone who wants factual information should be there. Mr. Ralph Edwards or John Elder, architect for the building, build-ing, will be there, as will be a representative from Hauser-man Hauser-man Mfg, who are the manufacturers of the moveable move-able walls. Mr. Edwards has designed schools in Carbon as well as other districts throughout the state and in no way is this an "experimental" (sic) design and he will so inform you. Come and become informed. inform-ed. Judith L. Evans Lucille Silliman Noreen Wilson Olive Anderson Bruce Nelson .
