Show Western Theme C hosen for Parade Durinn JVlcab's Bin Rodeo Weekend Parade time for the com ing Canyonlands Rodeo and Festival was set Monday Mon-day evening at a meeting of the rodeo committee. The rodeo parade will be held on the second day of th festival, at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sat-urday, June 10. Chairman Don Knowles has asked that persons planning parade par-ade entries contact him at the Gambles Store. ' The parade will feature a western theme. Feature attractions will include the Salt Lake City mounted posse, and the Frontier Belles Sidesaddlers, of Grand Junction. Leon Ad- ams, of Stuart, Oklahoma, will perform a specialty act at the rodeo. Souvenir programs will be available a parade time, and at the two rodeo performances. The spirit of the West will be instigated Friday with a 2:30 p.m. stagecoach stage-coach "hold-up" at the Miller's Mil-ler's Shopping Center.
