GU-DER, GU-DER, Contest 10602, against again-st Windy Nos. 4, 6, 8, 11 and 12,-lode mining claims described as being within T. 27 S., R. 18 E., sec. 35, SL Mer.; You, and each of you, your heirs, representatives, representa-tives, and assigns, are hereby notified that the United States of America has instituted a contest pursuant to 43 CFR 1852, and Title 30 USCA, section sec-tion 40, against those certain cer-tain mining claims set forth above situated in the County of San Juan, State of Utah. A Complaint has been filed by the United States blf America requesting that said mining claims be invalidated and declared null and void on the charge that: (1) the land involved Is nonmineral in character. (2) no discovery of valuable val-uable minerals has been made in the above described des-cribed mining claims. The contests are pending in the Land Office, Bureau of Land Management, Federal Fed-eral Building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Unless an answer ans-wer to the complaint is filed in such office within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, the allegations allega-tions of the complaint will be taken as confessed and the contests will be decided de-cided without a hearing. This Notice will be published pub-lished on the following dates, to wit: June 22, 29, and July 6, 13, 20, 1967, being at least once a week for five consecut-'ve weeks.
